The Genesis (or, the Mega Drive in Europe and Japan) was a popular 16-bit video game console in the early 90's... just kidding! This isn't about that.
The Adventures Of! was spawned one day when the creator was walking through the halls of his school in October of 2006 (he was in 10th grade at the time). He suddenly wondered: "You know, there are so mane series out there called 'The Adventures Of Blank!', and 'The Adventures Of Blank and Blank!' -- wouldn't it be funny if there was a series just called 'The Adventures Of!'? So he totally didn't pay any attention in class for the rest of the day to come up with ideas for the series' plot and style. He eventually settled on characters similar to some doodles he had been drawing in the margins of his lined paper notebooks. Then, he realized - wouldn't it be cool if it would be a series that was colorless and had a lined paper background? (The answer was no, but he wouldn't realize that until more than two years later.) So he went home, and quickly animated a pilot episode, and the rest was history.
After the first 7 episodes the original 13-episode run, he was thinking of ways to expand the universe (not to mention get rid of the ugly style). So he settled on expanding the plot, complete with a twist to explain away the style change. And now we're here, in the second run of TAO!. Whe knows what surprises will come?
Season One: Skü and Jêt lived in an A.I. universe manipulated by a mysterious Creator - a very incomplete one, I might add, with logical fallacies galore, 6 people total, and no world around them to speak of. When they, the test subjects, accidentally managed to escape the testing environment and make it into the computer mainframe, the creator added some extra security features to the world around them - including the other characters. But the stubborn Skü and the dim-witted Jêt manage to escape again, which prompts the Creator to upgrade the universe into something more substantial.
Season 2 "Amercanadia Stories": Skü and Jêt, now living in a house in the newly populated world, adopt a dog named Rica, who has incredible "psychic" powers. A tabloid news reporter and her friends are dedicated to revealing Rica to the world at any cost. And all the while, a mysterious villain plots the world's demise.

Skü is quite possibly the most lovable jerk ever. He's well-meaning, but he's socially inept, power-hungry, narcissistic, stubborn, and stupid to boot. Jêt is his best friend and housemate. They both own a dog, Rica. |

Jêt is not just a dim bulb - he's a defective one. He doesn't quite know how the world works, and misinterprets often. He looks up to his best friend Skü as an older brother figure. He also is the most charmed - and most attached - to their dog, Rica. |

Rica, the dog owned by Skü and Jêt, has powerful psychic abilities, ranging from psychokinetic to extrasensory. Although she cannot speak, she can understand speech fully and is extremely intelligent. However, she's also a puppy, so she loves lazing about and playing. |

Phoebe is a reporter for the most popular tabloid rag in Amercanadia, Global Worldly Earth News Weekly Monthly Incorporated. She is absolutely convinced that Rica is psychic, and when her boyfriend Niko unwittingly sells Rica to Skü and Jêt, she goes on a personal mission to get the puppy back. Confident, sassy, and a little on the short-tempered side. |

Niko is apathetic. Always settling for mediocre, he's never truly happy. He works at the local mall pet store and is in a relationship with Phoebe. His father is dead, but as he was dying, he left Niko a mysterious shirt with an N on it, but no one knows what the N stands for as he died before Niko could find out. |

Hubert, an ex-Navy SEAL, longs for his glory days as a "war" "hero". He spends his days at the local bar telling stories about battles that he may or may not have been in, and may or may not have even ever happened. But they always seem to relate to what's at hand nonetheless - sometimes helping, and sometimes hurting his friends, Phoebe and Niko. |

Øl is the president of the country of Amercanadia. No one quite knows how this happened. He is very, very laid back and loves his friends (and even his enemies) - even his political opponents think he's a pretty cool guy to hang out with. Whenever Skü is around him, Skü will get testy, competitive, and loudmouthed. |

Ñu is Øl's vice president. Arguably the more professional of the duo, she always has a level head and looks out for her nation. She's good friends with Skü and Jêt, even though Skü doesn't want to admit it due to her affiliation with Øl (whom he despises). |

Zéè is a paranoid conspiracy theorist. Whether you're a republicrat or a demolican, if you're mean or you're nice, if you're normal or you're crazy, and completely disregarding your physical appearance, he doesn't care. You're probably a terrorist. And if you're not, you're a terrorist in training. Or you're Øl. |

Evilman isn't really that good at being evil. In fact, he kinda sucks. He mainly focuses on pulling pranks and wreaking havoc on Skü and Jêt. He has no desire for money, infamy, or power. He's just a man with a vendetta on a personal mission (with his assistant, Henchly, at his side). Of course, he doesn't actually have any good reason to do so - he's just kinda a jerk like that. |

Henchly is Evilman's assisstant, sidekick, and henchman. He's intelligent, probably moreso than Evilman, but doesn't show it to appease his master, whom he loves and is a fiercely loyal friend to. |
